Onchan District Commissioners have two positions available for General Labourers / Gardeners within the Parks and Open Spaces Department. The positions are to assist the Parks Foreman in carrying out duties including general gardening and landscape maintenance in various locations within the Onchan District, including areas such as Onchan Pleasure Park, Port Jack Glen, Playing Fields, Open Spaces and other properties belonging to the Authority. r
