To provide an essential role assisting within the finance team assisting with the day-to-day functions and transactions of the Sales Ledger. Maintaining the essential finance records for Games Global and the Group, working under clearly defined procedures and with line manager guidance.

Process operator invoicing through the billing software.
Acquires knowledge and skills in order to complete tasks, following defined procedures.
Review invoice calculations and credit rebates before issuing them to customers.
Update the billing software monthly with changes to customer contracts.
Monitor new operators going live and set up new customer contracts on the billing software.
Input monthly operator promotions onto the billing software.
Review amendments made on the billing software by other team members.
Ensure all revenue and costs of sales have been input by deadlines set and accrue as necessary.
Prepare monthly and quarterly revenue share calculations for 3rd Party Developers and Branded content owners.
Investigate and respond to customer queries in a timely manner, escalating where necessary.
Assist with responding to ad hoc queries raised by partnership managers and other stakeholders.
Provide support to other team members as and when required.
