Due to the internal promotion of our existing Receptionist, we are now looking to recruit for our front of house team.
This is a full time position as the the link between our patients and clinical team, with the key responsibility of ensuring efficient computerised diary management.
The role is suited to those who have a proven track record in providing an excellent customer service experience in an approachable, smart and professional manner. They must have an eye for detail, be honest, meticulous and well presented.
Our 'front of house team' ideally have backgrounds in customer facing roles with full confidence to be the first point of contact both in person and on the telephone.
You will be joining an experienced team working in one of the finest, bespoke practices on the Island, and will be at the forefront of this rapidly evolving profession through our connections with some of the leading individuals and organisations within UK dentistry.
