We are looking to recruit an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Springfield Grange Nursing Home for night duty. The candidate will be a RN or RMN with an active unrestricted NMC PIN. Duties include providing nursing care to residents, administering medications, writing and maintaining care plans, assessing residents and their needs on a regular basis, liasing with allied professionals & supervising care staff etc., The successful candidate will be expected to maintain skills and knowledge, undertaking relevant training and education and to provide person-centred care, holistic care to residents within the home in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements. A full induction programme is provided alongside training and education. We will require an enhanced DBS check which is paid for by the company. Uniform is provided.
