Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Temporary Receptionist at Port Erin Dental Surgery (currently operating from a temporary address in Castletown). This position is available for an immediate start and will continue until April 2025. Our team is passionate about patient care and creating a welcoming environment for all patients. If you are a quick learner with experience in GP or dental practices, we would love to hear from you!

Position Details:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:
Welcoming patients and ensuring a positive experience at reception.
Managing appointments and maintaining accurate records.
Handling phone calls and responding to patient enquiries.
Ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.
Supporting the team with general administrative tasks.

Requirements:
Experience in a GP or dental practice is preferred.
A quick learner with excellent organisational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
A professional and caring attitude.
A DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check is mandatory.
