Bradda View Nursing & Residential Home are looking for Senior Health Care Assistants to be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.r

Key Responsibilities include;-r
- To work as part of a care team, providing high-quality carer
- Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of Service Usersr
- To support Service Users, ensuring that personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the Service User, in-line with the Care Plan(s)r
- Follow policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of Infection Prevention and Controlr
- Carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for privacy and dignity of Service Users, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstancesr
- Reviewing progress of care and reporting any signs of deterioration in physical or mental health appropriatelyr
- Oversee the care that our Health Care Assistants provide, addressing any performance issues with the Registered Nurses and/or the Deputy/Registered Manager.r
