Victory Cafe are looking for a chef/cook to work within the kitchen team. The Victory kitchen is a busy, vibrant and friendly environment. Key responsibilities are - working hot and cold food service, food preparation, pie making, stock control and ordering, maintaining health and safety standards. Applicants must be able to work full time hours - Wednesday to Sunday, 9am to 5pm, with one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) off per month. Starting salary is 23,400 per annum, and to increase following the successful completion of a probation period and dependent on experience. Having access to your own transport is essential, as we are not on a bus route.
