Managing Director About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to oversee our Clients Asia operations from the Isle of Man. This is a senior-level position, responsible for managing a team of 10 direct reports and 43 indirect reports. The role will collaborate closely with the Director of Asia and report to the COO, with reporting lines extending to the CEO. The successful candidate will lead the strategic direction and growth of our Clients Asia operations, with a focus on digital casino platforms. This role requires strong business acumen, commercial skills, and a deep understanding of the online gambling sector, particularly within the Asian markets. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the Asia business unit. Lead and mentor a team, ensuring effective communication and alignment with business goals. Develop and implement strategies to grow the digital casino operations in China, Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia. Collaborate with senior leadership across the Isle of Man, Asia, and Gibraltar offices. Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain a strong network in the Isle of Man. Represent the company at international meetings, including quarterly trips to Gibraltar. Key Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in the online gambling industry (digital focus)Proven experience in digital casino operator operations (not land-based or software development)Strong understanding of marketing strategies in Asia, particularly in China and Thailand. Excellent commercial skills and ability to drive business growth in Asian markets. Strong leadership and management experience with the ability to oversee a large team. Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Isle of Man. Willingness to travel to Gibraltar quarterly and to the Far East when required. No language requirements-English is the business language.
