Our client seeks a Legal Secretary to join their team. Role Profile: We are seeking a secretary to join a Douglas Law office and provide secretarial support across the departments within a busy firm. The work covers many different areas and you would be part of a team consisting of two other secretaries. Key Responsibilities: Audio typing, preparing, and amending draft documents. Making and receiving telephone calls and dealing with emails. Making appointments and assisting with queries. Photocopying, filing and general office duties including opening files and preparing completed file storage. Providing reception cover when needed. Key Skills and Experience: Experience as a secretary and understanding of the need for confidentiality. Well-organised, careful, conscientious approach. Punctual and efficient, with strong communication skills both with colleagues and clients. A team player, but with the ability to use initiative to work independently. Good literacy skills and numeracy skills.
