Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Internship (Customer Billing) for a 12 month contract. Role Profile: You will be responsible for completing a range of administrative tasks to support a busy and varied team. Key Responsibilities: Opening of the incoming mail from the post office each morning and distribution of items. Filing application forms and meter movement cards. Handling the returned mail items from the post office. Filing of the post office payment receipts. Processing Security Deposit Refunds, and reminders. Scanning of customer paper applications for supply. Printing Customer reminder letters and preparing for dispatched. Customer data cleansing and validation, in our digital database and paper archive. Collection of outgoing mail from various areas and prepare for collection at the end of each day Key Skills & Experience: Be able to work to strict deadlines and have the ability to organise personal workload effectively. Be an effective user of information technology, including MS Office. Accurate records maintenance, including scanning. Able to effectively balance competing priorities. Numerate and methodical with outstanding attention to detail and 'right first time' mind-set. Ability to work effectively as an individual as well as part of a team. Have good verbal and written communication skills
