Our client seeks a Senior Relationship Support Officer to join their team. Role Profile: To provide a first line of support to the Relationship Managers, while ensuring that an exceptional service is delivered at all times producing a favourable client experience and maintaining a high level of integrity and ethical standards, within defined compliance and risk parameters. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for efficiently handling the process of opening, updating, and maintaining client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Demonstrate a strong understanding of processes and procedures, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of business products and services Provide exceptional service by addressing client inquiries and needs promptly. Analyse and assess data thoroughly Proactively address and resolve conflicts in a professional and constructive manner, ensuring positive relationships and a harmonious working environment. Help to drive informed decision-making and improve business outcomes. Key Skills & Experience: Demonstrate a strong sense of self-assurance in interactions, ensuring clear and effective communication. Ability to adapt to new processes and challenges with flexibility. Prioritise and organise tasks efficiently to meet deadlines, staying calm and professionalism under pressure Collaborate effectively with team members. Essential Experience3-4 years relevant experience in Business & Commercial Banking. Experience in a Compliance, Risk, Know your Customer (KYC) or a New Business role, with exposure to AML (Anti-Money Laundering), CFT (Countering the Financing of Terrorism) and ABC (Anti-Bribery & Corruption) would be a distinct advantage.
