Reporting to the General Manager, you'll focus on acquiring new clients while developing existing accounts.
Proactively attend self-generated and internally qualified client meetings across the Isle of Man territory.
Collaborate closely with the Leadership Team and attend key meetings to contribute to strategic growth.
Identify, pursue, and win key prospects through a complex sales cycle.
Lead client meetings to discuss sales opportunities, strategic planning, and service enhancements.
Provide post-sales support and be a point of contact for escalation between Account Managers, Internal Sales, and clients.
Actively work with Leadership to develop and grow targeted accounts.
Take ownership of key deals and manage the full sales process, ensuring continual service delivery improvements.
Analyse customer needs, suggesting relevant upgrades or additional features to enhance their business.
Achieve and exceed monthly gross profit targets.
